Common questions
- How is my data stored? Your budget data syncs securely to your account and is encrypted in transit and at rest. See the Privacy Policy.
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and your data.
- The statement import didn't read everything. The AI reads most statements well but can miss or misread rows — always review the results before importing. Plain CSV exports give the most reliable results.
- Does it work offline? Yes — you can view and log transactions offline; they sync when you're back online.
